Sua espécie é garça-noturna-coroada. Possui penugem cinza-escura do colo para cima e cinza-clara do colo para baixo, uma faixa branca horizontal atravessando as bochechas e dividindo o rosto ao meio, cabelos louro-claros surgindo desde o topo do bico, e bico cinza-azulado.
Ele é tenente no Exército de Poulon. Servindo desde 1991, pertence à 80ª Infantaria e ao Quarto Batalhão.
Relações
Como parte do Exército de Poulon, no período em que se passa a série, cuida de dois grupos: os Caudas Afiadas e os Anjos Destemidos.

Description
Herbert is a yellow-crowned night heron. He has dark-gray feathers from the chest upwards and light-gray feathers from the chest downwards, an horizontal white stripe crossing his cheeks and dividing his face in half, pale-blonde hair emerging from the top of the beak, and grayish-blue beak.
He's First Lieutenant at Poulon's Army. On duty since 1991, he belongs to the 80th Infantry and the Fourth Battalion.
Relations
As part of Poulon's Army, at the time period this series happens, he's responsible for two groups: the Sharp Tails and the Fearless Angels.
Trivia
- His name and last name are a nod to an old Brazilian dubbing studio, whose name also belongs to a real person.
