Rufus Mabel é major no Exército de Poulon. Servindo desde 1964, pertence à 53ª Infantaria e ao Terceiro Batalhão.

Description
Major Mabel is a plumbeous forest falcon. He has pale-gray feathers, dark grizzly hair and yellow beak with a dark-gray tip.
He's Major at Poulon's Army. On duty since 1964, he belongs to the 53rd Infantry and the Third Battalion.
Relations
It's mostly known that he has a reserved behavior, but great achievements, every once in a while praised by the base.
At the episode "Pride Feathers", he congratulates everyone in the room, making the graduation speech.
Trivia
- His full name is composed by the names of two other characters: Rufus, from Kim Possible, and Mabel, from Gravity Falls. There is no relation among any of these characters, except for the name choices; the author just liked how they sound together.
