Universos Paralelos Alternate Universes

Sim, este belo par de pássaros tem versões em universos paralelos! :)

Na verdade, eles originalmente foram personagens de fã criados para o desenho animado Hora de Aventura, sendo tal qual Finn e Fionna, não sabendo da existência um do outro até certo ponto. Mas este universo (desta Wiki) ficou maior do que o original, que era o da primeira história listada abaixo. Ainda assim, outras versões suas existem.

  • Strange Kingdom (Estranho Reino)
    Publicação em forma de história em quadrinhos no DeviantART, correndo desde 02/10/2012, somente em Inglês, disponível aqui. 8/28 páginas feitas.

  • Jack Buzzard Goes to Space (Jack Buzzard Vai Pro Espaço)

Yes, this lovely pair of birds have versions in alternate universes! :)

Actually, they were originally fan-characters created for the animated series Adventure Time, being as Finn and Fionna, not knowing about each other's existence until a certain point. But this universe (of this Wiki) became bigger than the original - that is, the first comic listed below. Still, other versions of them exist.

    Published in comic format on DeviantART, running since April 18th, 2013, in English, available here. 48/50 pages done, and a semi-animated version on the way!!!!

The sentence "It's gonna be a long ride...", or more specifically, the word "ride", shows up both here and on the universes listed above. If this hasn't happened by the moment you're reading this, it's because I'm still writing, so take it easy, lol.

Some characters of this series use the trick of breaking the fourth wall. Some are aware of it and some are not, as follows:

  • Jack thinks/pretends there's a camera on places sometimes. HE DOESN'T KNOW.
  • Ted does this only one time, at the episode "Giant". HE DOESN'T KNOW.
  • Henry does kinda believe in other universes, but HE DOESN'T KNOW.
  • Alice, sometimes, think she's on an animated series, even mentioning it. SHE DOESN'T KNOW, BUT SHE THINK SHE KNOWS.
  • Mae KNOWS. Just accept, you guys.
  • Blackbird ALSO KNOWS.
  • Anastacia is the author's self-insert, therefore, SHE KNOWS.

Referências a Nods to Doctor Who

Afinal, estamos falando de um universo (este) que definitivamente é maior por dentro. <3 Veja o que você pode encontrar:

  1. S02E09, Grandes Planos
    Quando Trent menciona que "não controla tempo e espaço". Isso é uma alusão ao fato de que o dreamcast em inglês da autora para este personagem é David Tennant, que faz o papel do Décimo Doutor.

  2. S02E10, Cumpleaños de Miranda
    Quando Lorenzo diz uma das primeiras frases do Décimo Doutor, logo ao se regenerar: "Onde é que eu estava? Ah, é mesmo. Barcelona!"

  3. S03E12, A Celebração
    Ao final do episódio, pode-se ver uma TARDIS passando ao fundo. E outra certa nave. E um certo trenó famoso. Feliz Natal, pessoal, HO-HO-HO!

  4. S05E10, Contos
    Henry gosta da versão de DW deste universo, chamada de Doctor Owl, e conta a respeito dela para Anna, terminando com o bordão do Nono Doutor: "Fantástico!"

    When Trent mentions that "doesn't control time and space". This is a nod to the fact that the author's dreamcast for this character is David Tennant, owner of the role of Tenth Doctor.

    When Lorenzo says one of the Tenth Doctor's first sentences, right after regeneration: "So where was I? Oh, that's right. Barcelona!"

    By the end of the episode, a TARDIS is seen on the background. And another certain ship. And a certain famous sleigh. Merry Christmas, y'all, HO-HO-HO!

  4. S05E10, Tales
    Henry likes the DW version of this universe, called Doctor Owl, and tells about it to Anna, finishing with the Ninth Doctor's catchphrase: "Fantastic!"

"Buongiorno, principessa!"

Uma clássica (e a mais fofa) fala do filme A Vida é Bela (1997), esta é usada sete vezes, uma pelo personagem Giosuè, e as outras por nosso divo, Guido. Considerando que Jack certamente assistiu a esse filme, ainda mais sendo de família italiana, acaba por usar a mesma fala na mesma quantidade (seis vezes), com Anna usando-a uma vez na quinta temporada. Isto acontece nos seguintes episódios:

  2. S03E09 • Uccelli In Vigna, durante o embarque para Verona, na Itália

A classic (and the cutest) line from the movie Life Is Beautiful (1997), it's used seven times, one being said by the character Giosuè, and the others, by our lovely Guido. Considering that Jack certainly has seen this movie, even more being from an Italian family, he ends using the same line the same amount of times (six), with Anna saying it one time on the fifth season. This happens on the following episodes:

  2. S03E09 • Uccelli In Vigna, during the boarding to Verona, Italy
  3. S04E01 • The 7-Day Trial, in one of the days of the trial, after waking up

Se você perguntar à autora seus ídolos musicais, ela certamente dirá que são quatro. E sendo esta sua criação, ela fez questão de colocar todos aqui. O último quase não cabia, mas ela deu um jeito também (beijo, Bituca!). São estes, não necessariamente nessa ordem:

  • Brian Setzer, tendo 46 músicas na trilha sonora e sua própria versão como personagem
  • Ray Charles, tendo 13 músicas na trilha sonora (só Hit The Road, Jack é usada três vezes na segunda temporada)

If you ask the author, her favourite musicians, she certainly will say there are four. And with this being her creation, she made a point of insert them all here. The last almost slipped it, but she found a way too, yay! Not necessarily in that order, these are:

Gramática Grammar

Inglês é a segunda língua da autora, e às vezes pode acontecer uma mistura entre o Inglês Americano e o Inglês Britânico.

O maior exemplo disso é no nome do vigésimo-terceiro episódio, "Os Vizinhos" (em inglês, The Neighbours, com "u" no meio, em vez da grafia americana, The Neighbors). No caso do episódio, a autora prefere assim, achando mais bonitinho.

Outras ocorrências podem acontecer nas versões literárias dos episódios e nas traduções das páginas desta Wiki. Se alguma coisa estiver muito errada, me avise.

English is the author's second language, and sometimes a mix can happen between the American English and the British English.

The biggest example of that is at the name of the twenty-third episode, "The Neighbours" (with the "u" in the middle, instead of the American spelling, The Neighbors). On the case of the episode, the author likes it more this way - it is cute, isn't it?
