Sinopse
O que aguarda o "Casal Pés Dançantes" nesta cidade sem piedade?Enredo
Linha Férrea Migrante, Estação Poulon, altas horas da manhã. Jack e Jackie entram no vagão do metrô segundos antes das portas fecharem, esbaforidos, conferindo em seus pertences se não esqueceram de nada. Os dois fazem menção de argumentar entre si, mas o brusco solavanco do trem os interrompe, enquanto vê-se a paisagem urbana de Brighton passando pelas janelas.
Centro de Exibições de Brighton, cerca de meia hora depois. Ao chegar à recepção, o par é confrontado por Barbara, questionando certos pormenores que deveriam ter sido vistos com antecedência, o que só não foi possível porque eles ficaram sabendo do evento no dia anterior. Logo, Lola aparece, confirmando tais regras, mas explicando que a maior parte dos trâmites foi resolvida (ou melhor, já tinha sido feita) por ela. Por fim, eles conseguem entrar, com Jackie se questionando o motivo de ter topado isso, e Jack tentando amenizar seu humor como possível, frisando que tal situação é algo grande o bastante para testar a confiança de um no outro. Isso funciona, fazendo Jackie se deixar levar pelas boas vibrações do parceiro.
O dia passa enquanto o par resolve mais alguns detalhes da Batalha das Danças, com um dos últimos sendo um jantar entre os competidores e seus agentes. Marco chega às pressas, comentando que veio com Mae e eles se perderam "nessa loucura frenética que é Brighton". Um pouco depois, a agente de Lola e Alvin aparece, vindo calmamente. Jackie desdenha dela internamente, achando-a frívola, mas para Jack, este é o último pássaro que ele queria ver: é Georgia, sua ex-mulher. Ela o provoca, comentando que, ao que parece, ele ainda não superou o divórcio dos dois. A situação chega em tal ponto que há muita gritaria, até Jackie se enfurecer e sair no meio do jantar.
Jack vai atrás dela um pouco depois e é recebido com fortes golpes de travesseiro e uma fúria desenfreada. Tentando se explicar, ele aponta que todas essas situações - sua relação anterior com Georgia, como eles terminaram, sua chegada repentina agora, e a própria Batalha -, tudo isso está acontecendo rápido demais, e a única coisa que ele não quer é ficar no meio disso tudo sozinho. Jackie começa a compreender, a ponto de propor que ele ponha um fim definitivo nisso. Os dois (e os outros membros do jantar) se recolhem, afinal, ainda há muito o que ser posto em ordem.

Synopsis
What awaits for the "Swinging Feet Couple" at this town with no mercy?Plot
Migrant Railroad, Poulon Station, high morning hours. Jack and Jackie enter the subway car seconds before the doors close, in a rush, checking to make sure they haven't forgotten anything. They almost start to argue, but the train's sudden jolt interrupts them, while it's seen the urban landscape of Brighton through the windows.
Brighton's Exhibit Hall, about half an hour later. Approaching the front desk, the couple is confronted by Barbara, questioning certain tidbits that should have been seen in advance, something that only wasn't possible because they knew about the event on the previous day. Soon, Lola appears, confirming said rules, but explaining that most of the procedures were handled (or, better saying, were already made) by her. They manage to go in, with Jackie questioning herself why she agreed with that, and Jack trying to ease her humor as possible, emphasizing such a situation is something big enough to test their confidence on each other. That works, sso funciona, making Jackie pick up her partner's good vibes.
The day goes on while the couple solves a few more details for the Dance Battle, the last task being a dinner among the competitores and their agents. Marco arrives in a hurry, saying he came with Mae and they got lost "on this frantic madness of Brighton". A bit later, Lola and Alvin's agent leisurely appears. Jackie quietly disdains her, finding her frivolous, but for Jack, this is the last bird he would like to see: it's Georgia, his ex-wife. She teases him, commenting that it seems he still hasn't gotten over their divorce. The situation escalates to such a point that there's a lot of shouting, until Jackie gets furious and leaves mid-dinner.
Jack looks for her a bit later and is received with strong pillow jabs and a rampant rage. Trying to explain, he points all those situations - his previous relationship with Georgia, how they broke up, her sudden arrival now, and the Battle itself -, all of that is going too fast, and the only thing he doesn't want is to be alone in the middle of all of this. Jackie starts to understand, to the point of suggesting him to put a definitive end to it. Both of them (and the other folks at the dinner) call it a night, after all, there's still a lot to be put in order.
